Tall Pine Mini Session Information

Location: Glacier Hills County Park

1664 Friess Lake Rd, Hubertus, WI 53033

As mentioned at booking, is a county park and requires a $7 park entrance fee. That fee can be paid here https://www.washcoparks.com/parks/passes/daily_pass/purchase/ The park pass is your responsibility and I will not be held liable for any tickets or failure to pay on your end. If you have an annual Washington co park pass, you do not need to buy a daily entrance pass.

Please make sure you enter the park off Friess Lake Rd. Sometimes the maps will take you to a private driveway on Holly Hill road which is not accessible. You will pull all the way into the park until you see a parking lot to your right. This is where you can park, you will walk down a hill into an open field, the tall pines will be on your right. While finding me should be easy, please arrive early in the case you cannot. Please watch your Facebook incase of change of location I will reach out on there. Sessions are back to back and any late arrivals will cut into your shooting time. Please see the map below which shows how to find me as well! If you have not shot with me in the past, please verify when you've found me that I am Erica with Soulscape. There may be other photographers at the farm at the same time as me.

Payment: Please strongly consider Cash or pre written checks made out to "Soulscape Photography LLC" to keep things moving in a timely fashion, I also accept all major credit cards but again cash and pre written checks are preferred. Sales tax is applicable to all payments. An invoice will be sent showing your final total with your county sales tax.

Additional Images: Your mini session comes with 7 high resolution images with printing rights. Additional Images with be available for purchase as $10/image or $150 for the full gallery. You not required to purchase additional images, but it is an option in the case you cant choose just 7!

Please arrive 15 minuets early to be safe! It is a large park so it may take you a while to find me. Mini sessions are back to back and your 15min slot cannot be extended under any circumstances if you arrive late . Please be mindful of other sessions happening before yours and hang out in your car or watch from a distance. Sessions have a 5 minuet break in-between, that's a great time to head over for your session!

• Dress warm! Although its a short session it will be cold. Layers are awesome, especially on the little ones! Keep your jackets on till the session starts and stay warm!
• Friendly Dogs are allowed (I love animals!) I ask that you pick up after them if they go. There may be other dogs at the park as well, so please keep them on a leash for safety.
• I will have a tan and black and white blanket for sitting poses, you are more than welcome to bring your own as well if you prefer a certain color, pattern or style.
